We want you to love your Motel outfit, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Select your preferred return shipping carrier and generate your prepaid return label or QR code for a contactless drop-off.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
